At SCHAD PRODUCTIONS, we work hard to make sure your custom products arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are custom-made. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before shipment.
• Large or bulk orders may require additional time; if so, we’ll notify you.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Last but not least, we have pick up options available at our location.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international locations.
• Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–21 business days).
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.
• If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
