Return & Refund Policy
At SCHAD PRODUCTIONS, every product is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns on Customized Items
All sales are final on customized and personalized products (e.g., shirts, mugs, tumblers, hats, banners, etc.).
Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or design changes after approval.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
Once verified, we will either:
1- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
2- Issue a store credit/refund (depending on your preference).
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, production may have already started, and cancellations will not be possible.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all details (name spelling, dates, sizes, colors, designs, etc.) before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer during checkout or design submission.
